Rhaphidophora Cryptantha is a species of climbing plant that is commonly called "shingle vine" because it grows by shingling, or layering its stem over a surface. It is a member of the Araceae family, which also includes Philodendron and Monstera.
It is known for its distinctive foliage, with leaves that are condensed and rounded, with striking silver veins. When provided with something to climb, it will grow vertically. It's a tropical plant and it's native to Malaysia and Borneo. Rhaphidophora Cryptantha is a relatively fast growing plant and it's also considered a rare and hard to find cultivar.

It prefers high humidity and well-draining soil. It prefers bright, indirect light, and it can be kept as a houseplant.

It can be propagated by stem cuttings, but it's slow to develop roots, it's important to keep the humidity high and also maintain the warm temperatures.
