Euphorbia knuthii, also known as the Candelabra Tree or Candelabra Euphorbia, is a succulent plant native to southern Africa. Euphorbia knuthii is a tree-like succulent that can grow up to 20 feet (6 meters) tall in its natural habitat. It has a thick, succulent stem with prominent ridges and branches that develop in a candelabra-like arrangement, giving it its common name. The stem and branches are green and can have a grayish or bluish tint. The plant may produce small, inconspicuous flowers.

Light Requirements: Euphorbia knuthii thrives in full sun to partial shade. It prefers bright, indirect light or direct sunlight for several hours a day. If growing it indoors, place it near a sunny window or provide supplemental grow lights to ensure it receives adequate light.

Watering: Like most succulents, Euphorbia knuthii has low to moderate water needs. It is drought-tolerant and should be watered sparingly, allowing the soil to dry out between waterings. Avoid overwatering, as excessive moisture can lead to root rot. During winter, reduce watering frequency as the plant goes into a period of dormancy.
