CARE INSTRUCTIONS

1. Light: Provide bright, indirect light to Begonia ferox. It prefers filtered sunlight or partial shade. Avoid placing it in direct sunlight for extended periods, as it can scorch the leaves.

2. Temperature: This begonia thrives in warm temperatures between 65°F to 80°F (18°C to 27°C). It is sensitive to cold and should be protected from drafts and low temperatures.

3. Humidity: Begonia ferox appreciates higher humidity levels, as it is native to rainforests. Regular misting or placing the plant on a humidity tray can be beneficial.

4. Watering: Keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. Allow the top inch of the soil to dry slightly between waterings. Overwatering can lead to root rot, so it's essential to strike the right balance.

5. Soil: Use a well-draining, peat-based potting mix to ensure adequate moisture retention without waterlogging.

6. Fertilizer: Feed Begonia ferox with a balanced, water-soluble fertilizer during the growing season (spring and summer) to support healthy growth. Reduce or stop fertilization during the winter months when the plant's growth slows down.
